Refund Policy

By making a payment for Membership to our mobile application and website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above and NO REFUND or cancellation will happen thereafter in any circumstances. We urge you to do not allow any Person other than registered User (like children, family members, friends, associates, groups) to access your account with us and you ensure that your account at the payment site do to get used without your permission or to be used with your with sole responsibility.

Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which GeoAgri may be entitled, at law or in equity. On termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to GeoAgri . The fee charged if any for access to GeoAgri is non-refundable for any reason.

All Subscriptions are final and there will be No Refunds and Cancellations. However payment made for using our services through mobile application will be available for use for the period specified on the date of credit to GeoAgri bank accounts. Subscription Pack Commodity, duration & Price my change anytime as decided by us time to time.

In any event that after payment, service for a client is not started for technical reasons beyond the control of GeoAgri or if we decide not to start service for a specific client, the client will be paid back the amount as soon as possible.

In case, the client has opted for SMS based services and is not able to receive SMS on the number provided by the client because of client's DND status. If the records from our SMS service provider indicate that service SMS were sent to the number that client provided, we will deem that as delivery of service from our end and will not entertain request for refund based on non delivery of SMS. We advise our clients to de-register from DND either before making a payment or as soon as the service is started.

You agree and accept that GeoAgri do not commit or give or assure of any Warranty or Guaranty or Refund for accuracy of Information (Spot/Future/News/Data/Weather/Reports/Commentary) or any Services provided to you with no concern as used or unable to use from your side. We are not responsible for any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, claim, perception or bias from your side. You agree to submit KYC (Know Your Client) documents and Risk Profile details to GeoAgri and to be added or updated in the KRA database. Customer also authorizes us to use KYC Rating Agencies (KRA) to comply KYC guidelines. A failure to add or update the KYC will lead to hold on the service till fulfillment of relevant guidelines. The service will only be started after relevant KYC and Risk Profile are added / updated in a satisfactory manner.

We do not have any collection centers to collect from customer regarding their services we accept payment through Bank accounts either Cash deposit or Electronic transfer i.e. NFET, IMPS, Transfer mentioned in our application or website www.geoagri.co and payment gateways provided on Application or Website. Do not make payment in any ways unless necessary and specified from us.

We give Free trial to One person at One time so you will not take retrial of our mobile application services or any other services from any other device with different Name, Mobile Number or Contact Detail to Use our services Free unless prior permission from GeoAgri . This kind of act would mean breach of contract and terms of use will be liable to termination of services from immediate basis and liable to punitive action and monetary compensation decided by us.
